The Exchange was commissioned by a financial services firm seeking a headquarters that would attract top talent and signal a commitment to sustainability and employee wellbeing. The building is organised around a central full-height atrium — a light-filled communal spine from which all office floors radiate.
Each floor features a 4-metre clear ceiling height and a structural system that eliminates internal columns, enabling complete flexibility of layout. Sky gardens — landscaped double-height spaces — occur at floors 8, 16, and 24, providing informal meeting areas, quiet retreat spaces, and genuine greenery within the workplace.
