We are pleased to announce the completion and opening of the Waterfront Boutique Hotel in Karaköy, Istanbul. The adaptive reuse project involved the careful restoration and transformation of a 19th-century Ottoman warehouse into a 42-room hotel celebrating the industrial heritage of the historic port district.

The hotel has been recognised by Condé Nast Traveller as one of the most anticipated new hotel openings of the year, and has already received its first five-star reviews from guests.
